Change of Mind Policy

All orders can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.

If the value of the item you wish to return is over £50, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned items.

We can only accept returns once the seal on an e-liquid bottle is fixed.

Buyers are responsible for any damage caused during shipping due to improper packaging. We recommend taking photos before sending any returns.

We do not accept returns for clearance products; our warranty does not apply to these items.

The inspection of products and resolution may take up to 7 days.

If products are deemed to have no defects after testing, we reserve the right to resend the products in their original condition.
